Based in Jakarta, we work with companies and investors across Southeast Asia on M&A and strategic decisions, with our Managing Directors directly involved in every engagement.

Efrin has twelve years of Big 4 experience, ten of them in transaction advisory, advising private equity funds, strategic corporates and family offices on buy-side and sell-side cross-border deals. His sector experience covers healthcare, F&B, consumer goods and retail.

Jessica focuses on deal strategy and value creation, with nine years of Big 4 M&A experience on sell-side and buy-side mandates of up to USD 1 billion. Much of her work has been keeping diverse stakeholders aligned through complex cross-border integrations.
